Saturday’s Class will be at the Sportsplex. I am planning to get there early if you want to get in some extra training.

Back Squat (3×5 at 65, 75, 83)

Superset with 4×12 good mornings- keep them light and focus on form.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 min amrap

30 Squat Jumps to a plate

20 Abmat Situps

10 KB Push Press each arm

Adv: 32kg/24kg and ghd

Intermediate: 24kg/16kg

Beginner: 16/12kg or less.

You cannot do the ghd unless approved by the coach- no exceptions.
