Battleground, Norwalk – Level 1

Saturday’s Class will be at Norwalk. Competitor Training at 8:00am followed by class at 10:00am.

Back Squat (10×2 at 65% )

Rear Elevated Split Squat (3×8 Each leg )

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 rds for time and reps.

10-20 Wall Balls 10-20 Pullups

Rest :90 in between each round. Each round should be unbroken.

Rx: 20/14 to the 10/9

Sc: 14/10 to the 10/8
