Competitor Training at 8:00am and Class at 10:00am

Weightlifting

Back Squat (3×10 at 65% )

Rear Elevated Split Squat (3×6 each leg )

Metcon

Metcon (7 Rounds for reps)

Every 2 min for 14 min

Adv: 15 Burpees with a touch 50 Double unders

Rx: 10 Burpees with a touch/25 DU

Sc: 10 Burpees/75 singles or another modification

Every 3 single unders counts as 1 rep
