Norwalk, Battleground – Level 1

We will have 8-10 open gym/competitor training at Norwalk followed by class at 10:00am. The Barbell Club will be having a practice meet at the Sportsplex starting at 9:00am.


Snatch (Work up to something heavy )

Bench Press (3×10 at 60% )

Front Rack Lunge (3×20 Steps: weight that is challenging but doable)
