Saturday’s Class will be at Norwalk. 8-10 open gym and class at 10.

Weightlifting

Snatch (Work up to something heavy )

Bench Press (3×10 at 50% )

Front Rack Walking Lunge (3×50′ )

Lunge with the bar in the Front Rack position.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Death By Thrusters- when you hit your max- drop the weight and try to do the same thing going down. Max of 20 min
