We will have a normal schedule up until the evening and then we will have a 4:30pm at the Sportsplex and a 5:00pm and 6:00pm at Norwalk. We will have class at 9:00am at the Sportsplex- it will be the 12 days of Christmas.

Weightlifting

Bench Press (1×5 at 35,45,55)

Bench Press (1×3 at 65,70)

Bench Press (1×3 or more at 80-83% )

Metcon

Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)

Thrusters 10 Thrusters

10 Ring Dips or Ring Push ups
