Norwalk, Battleground – Level 1

Saturday’s Class will be at Norwalk. We will have competitor training/open gym from 8-10.


Clean and Jerk (Work up to something heavy )

Strict Press (3×10 at 60% )

Rear Elevated Split Squat (3×8 Rear elevated SPlit squats )


Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4x400m Runs with 2:00 Rest

If weather is not permitting then substitute a 40 Calorie Airdyne or 1:00 Max Calorie Airdyne for a 400m Run
