Superset with dual kettlebell stiff leg deadlifts. 3×10

Max Thrusters 45/35 in 2 min

Rest 2 min

Beginners: Add 5/10 to each side and max thrusters in 2 min

Rx and Adv: 10/15 to each Side and Max thrusters in 2 min

Beginners are done

Rx and Adv Rest 2:00 and add 10/15 to each side and do max thrusters in 1 min

Rx is done. Adv rest 1 min and add 5/15 to each side and do max thrusters in 1 min.
