Due to Kevin and Jessica’s wedding- we will only have a 5pm and 6pm class on Friday at Norwalk. Please plan accordingly. Saturday’s class will be at Battleground at 10:00am.

100 Double Under Buy in then

3 rds of 5 Shoulder to overhead/10 Front rack walking lunge (5 each leg) 15 toes to bar

Beginner: 100 Single unders/65/35 push press and lunge and knees to elbows

Intermediate: 50 Double unders/ 150 Singles/ 95/65 Push Press and lunge

Advanced: 135/95 Push press/lunge
