Battleground, Norwalk – Level 1

Competitor training at 8am and class will be at 10:00am at Battleground tomorrow. We will have yoga at 11:00am. Don’t forget to sign up for the Good Habits Challenge.

Snatch Grip Deadlift (50%x5, 60%x3, 70%x2, 75%x1, 80% AMAP)

Metcon (Weight)

30 Clean and jerks for time.(power or squat/split or power) Heaviest weight possible with good form. If you finish early perform 2 footed single unders for the remaining time for hundreds of a point. For every rep you do no complete in 10 minutes take 5lbs off the weight you record. i.e. I do 25 reps at 150 then my recorded weight is 125. I am not sure if wodify records tenths so if it doesnt- put it in the comments.

Endurance
