Competitor training will be at Norwalk at 8:00am and then class will be there at 10. We will finish up with Yoga at 11:00.

Work on Hand stand push ups
30 Snatches for time. Heaviest weight possible with good form. 10 min time limit. If you finish early – perform 2 footed single unders for the remaining time. For every rep you do not complete take 5lbs away from the weight you record.
