Accumulate 2:30 Plank Hold(must be locked)

Run 800m

Accumulate 5:00 Bottom of squat hold( back must be tight and chest up)

Run 800m

Accumulate 2:30 Hold on the pullup bar

Run 800m

The holds can be broken up into as many sets as it takes for you to complete it. (Don’t Cut Corners)
