Battleground, Norwalk – Level 1

Saturday’s class will be at Battleground at 10:00am followed by yoga. We are going to postpone the rock climbing trip until next weekend so we can get more people to go.

Beginner step ups
Intermediate: 24/20 jumps
Advanced 30/34 jumps
Everyone uses a 30/20 slam ball.

Endurance
