Battleground, Norwalk – Level 1

We will not have a class or competitor training on Saturday due to the Cleans for a Cure. Hopefully, everyone can make it out.

Snatch Pull (3×3 at 100% of snatch max)

3×20 Second holds of 75% of max snatch in the overhead position. Take from a behind the neck jerk.
