Saturday’s Class will be at Norwalk. We will have competitor training at 8:00.

Superset with 3×12 kb bent over rows

400m Run

20 Wall balls 14/10 to the 10/9(goal is to do them unbroken)

You can sub 15 burpees and 25 Double unders for the run if it’s pouring rain.

Every run counts as 40 reps and every row counts as 50 reps.
