Deadlift (8×2-3 at 80% )
Good Mornings (4×8 – Keep the weight from last week or increase #)
Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)
Every 2 min do
10-15 Deadlifts/10-15 Box Jumps
Rx: 155/105 24/20
Scaled 95/65 Step ups
Beginner: 40% of Deadlift max
Focus on technique and form.
Go for 6 rounds or until you break down in technique. No Bad reps.
