Metcon is optional today for Strength Bias athletes. Everyday doesn’t have to be a PR but everyday can be a success if you learn.

Weightlifting

Snatch (5×3 at 75% from the floor )

Glute-Ham Raises (If you need to add resistance )

CrossFit Strength Bias WORK

Deadlift (8×2-3 at 80% )

Good Mornings (4×8 – Keep the weight from last week or increase #)

Metcon

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

Every 2 min do

10-15 Deadlifts/10-15 Box Jumps

Rx: 155/105 24/20

Scaled 95/65 Step ups

Beginner: 40% of Deadlift max

Focus on technique and form.

Go for 6 rounds or until you break down in technique. No Bad reps.
