Snatch Complex (2 sets of 1 at 60%, 2 x1 at 65%, 2×1 at 70%)
Snatch Pull, Power Snatch, Squat Snatch, Overhead Squat.
Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
10 Back Squats/200m Run
3 intervals for time.
Back Squat: Shoot for 55-70% of your 1rm. Women will need to be closer to 70%.
Record weight in notes. The back squat should be unbroken.
Metcon (8 Rounds for distance)
