This week should look similar to 3 weeks ago. Today is another Murph Prep today. Wear a vest if that is your goal at Murph on Memorial Day.

40 Push Ups

60 Air Squats

Both People run together and you can work simultaneously on the other stuff but you have to be on the same pull up bar.

Every 10m counts as a rep.
