.5 Mile Bike

3 Rounds of 5 Pull ups/10 Push ups/15 Squats.

Alternate between .5 mile bike/500m row/ and 400m run and Rounds of Cindy Score the total reps of push ups/pull ups and squats and not the runs/row/bikes
