Not unlike the Book of 5 Rings by Miyamoto Musashi, the 5 Frans is an adventure into the discovery of oneself. The 5 Rings is broken into the Book of Earth, Book of Water, Book of Fire, Book of Wind, and the Book of Void. Similarly, the 5 Frans is broken up into the same… Fran 1: Fall to the Earth. Fran 2: Search for water to prevent dehydration. Fran 3: My legs are on fire Fran 4: I have no wind. Fran 5: I am numb and might succumb to the void. At least you get to share this with someone!

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Five Frans

You and a partner work as hard as you can to complete Fran(21-15-9) Thrusters/Pullups in 3 min. You rest 1 min and you start all over again. You do this for 5 total rounds. Goal is to get the same each round without sandbagging the first round. Adv: 95/65 Regular pull-ups. The goal is to not stop moving during the workout.
