50 HSPU while partner holds HS. Scaled: Do Hand Release Push ups while partner holds 1/2 bodyweight overhead.
40 Thrusters while partner holds bar in front rack position
30 Burpees while partner hangs from the pullup bar
If the coach no-reps you for not staying in the bottom of the squat or coming down on the plank or not performing the hold then you have 1 burpee box jump over at the end for every time they call you out.
