We have a couple of personalize CF programs that we offer. Strength Bias Programming: Many athletes feel that their limiting factor in CrossFit after 6 months – 1 year is their strength. We provide a strength biased program to help increase that strength leading to increased capacity.
Competitor Programming: For those interested in competing in CrossFit, we offer an individualized training program to help you increase you abilities as a CrossFit competitive athlete. This programming provides a needs analysis along with a detailed specific program on skills, strength work, crossfit metcons, and specific endurance work.
