30 Push Press 155/105 Alt Every 5

20 Calorie Airdyne- Break up however you like

400m Farmers Carry- 2×70# or 45# dumbbells- Both people run. 1 person carries both dumbbells but can alternate.

Every 100m counts as 10 reps.
