This is open gym day but I have some endurance and an advanced partner wod programmed.

Athlete 1 Rows 500 Athlete 2 Rows 500 Athlete 1 30 KB Swings 32/24 Athlete 2 30 KB Swings Then complete as many HSPU in 9 min. Partner must hold a HS while the other partner is doing HSPU and come off the wall to switch partners.
