Battleground, Norwalk – Level 1

When life knocks you down- do a burpee!


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

40 Min AMRAP

800m Run

20 Burpee step over the box

20 Jumping Pullups

20 Lunges each leg

20 KB Swings American(choose your weight)

20 Grasshoppers (40 touches)

The goal is for each round to take the same amount of time as the previous round. Try to maintain the same pace for 40 min Every 50m Run counts as 1 rep or 116 reps per round.
