Power Snatch (5×2 at 85%+ Try to do touch n go )

Snatch Pull (Work up to something heavy with good form)

Stiff Legged Deadlifts (4×10 – Only go as low as you can maintain good for)


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM: Start a new round every :90 but only work for :60. Complete as much as possible of the following:

15 Russian KB Swings/10 Box Jumps/5 Burpees

Do a minimum of 5 rounds but continue to do rounds if you complete a full round in :60 or less in the 5th and every round after that.
