Run 100m then do 5 pullups/10 Push ups/15 Squats

Go for 30 min or 15 rounds.

Beginners: Do a round every 3 min or a total of 10 rounds. If you don’t complete a round in 2 min then you go to the beginner version. Your score is either rx or scaled.

Endurance

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4x300m Rows

1:1 Rest
