The key to success in training doesn’t come from the workout but how well you have recovered from your last workout. Recovery comes from a combination of stuff: diet, rest, mobility, and stress management. If you are missing just one of these – your progress can be sidelined.

400m run with ball

30 wall balls

300m run with ball

40 wall balls

200m run with ball

50 wall balls

100m run with ball.

Each athlete must run. wall balls can be broken up however you like.

Adv: 30/20 to the 10

Rx: 20/14 to the 10/9

Scaled: 14/10 to the 10/8
