Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner wod: 25 Min AMRAP

1 person runs 400m or rows 500m while the partner does Karen.(150 Wall balls for time) They must alternate each time. As soon as karen is done then they alternate Elizabeth 21-15-9 Power Cleans/RIng dips then they altnerate Randy 75 power snatches. If they finish in 25 min then they start all over again.

3 Person WOD: 1 Person works while 2 people run 200m. When they come in one person runs again while one switches out and they run 200m.

ONLY 1 athlete working at a time.

Rx: 20/14 to the 10. 135/95 and ring dips. 75/55 Snatch

Scaled: Anything else.
