Beginner: 65 and 35
Intermediate: 95 and 65
Advanced: 135 and 95

5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50 Double Unders. Double unders must be unbroken and you must stop at each number. Scale it to a number that is doable for you

8-12 Pistols immediately followed 5-10 HSPU. Start a set every 2 minutes. Go for 10 minutes.
