5 Squat Snatches/7 Overhead Squats/9 Over the bar burpees run 200m.

Partner 1 does 1 round then partner 2 does 1 round. Partner 1 then does 2 rounds and partner 2 does 2 rounds. Partner 1 does 1 rounds then partner 2 does 1 rounds. Then partner 1 does 2 rounds and partner 2 does 2 rounds. Then 1 and 1 again and back to 2 and 2.
