We will start Week 2 of our gymnastics skill class this Tuesday at 5:30pm at Norwalk.

Weightlifting

Overhead Complex (10 sets of this complex every min at 60% of 1rm)

1xPush Press, 1xPush Jerk, 1 Split Jerk

Handstand Push-ups (2 sets of max reps )

Superset this with max pullups

Pull-ups (2 sets of max pull ups superset with max HSPU )

Metcon

20 Russian Kb Swings/20 Calorie Row

3x through: First Round is at 0, 2nd round starts at 6, Third round starts at 12

Use a kb that is heavy but you can do unbroken with good technique. Put weight in comments
