Warm up with Midline work


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

30 Min AMRAP. Every 2 min do 100m Run followed by 5 pullups/10 Pushups/15 Squats.

Adv: Do a round every :90.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every min do a pegboard or do a legless rope climb or some scaling of that for 10 min.
