Unbroken Thrusters 95/65 Bar facing Burpees. After every round of thrusters and Burpees including the last one do 20 double under or 20 singles. You can break up however you like but one partner has to do the full set of thrusters unbroken. If you are on the round of 10 and you set down at 7- none of those 7 count.
