Norwalk, Battleground – Level 1
Competition WOD for this week. Since everything we are doing is for charity, I am letting teams sign up for the competition and just making up the workout from last week. I am working on posting the scoresheets but had problems with this while I was traveling.
Metcon (12 Rounds for reps)
12 Min Partner EMOM
3 Squat Cleans
6 Burpees over the bar(these are not bar facing)
Max Wall Balls/Muscle ups
Scaled: 95/65 and 20/14 to the 10/9
Rx: 135/95 Muscle ups
Count the reps of each round and add together to get a total score.
ONE PARTNER DOES THE FIRST MINUTE THEN THE PARTNER DOES THE SECOND MINUTE… ETC.
