2k Row 50 Burpees over the rower. No extension required on burpees. Only 1 rower can be used.

75 burpee pullups. Adv: 30 Burpee Muscle ups. Athletes must do 1 or the other and use the same pull up bar. Pull up bar must be higher than standing reach.

Metcon (Time)

100 Dumbbell Snatches/200 Double under. Break up however you like. Adv: 70/50. Rx 50/35 Scaled: 400 Singles
