One person starts, 2nd person starts when the 1st person finishes the row, 3rd person starts when the 2nd person finishes the row. You can’t start the next exercise unless the person in front has completed it. Time is scored by how long it takes all 3 people to get through. Uncompleted reps are added to the time limit for your score.
