Partner Work out:

1k Farmers Carry- Both people go but only one has to carry. 32kg/24kg kettlebell

80 Double Unders. One partner has to complete 40 before switching. 3 to 1 singles for scaled.

60 Burpee Box jump overs. 24/20 These have to be done in min sets of 10. Rx must jump.

40 Wall Balls 30/20# min set of 20 before switching.

20 Bar Muscle up or 40 C2b pull-ups
