Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner WOD:

One person Does :30 of max burpees with a touch while another partner rests. As soon as he/she is done then the 2nd partner does :30 of burpees. As soon as he is done- the first partner rows max calories for :30(they can actually start 5-10 early to enable time to get off the rower) and the 2nd partner goes for :30. Continue this for 30:00.

Set a goal and try to stick to it.

Score is total calories plus total meters for each individual person.
