Clean and Jerk (3×3 at 60% )

weighted hip raise (3×6)

Performed like a hip hike but with the shoulders on a bench and weight sitting on your hips


This metcon is optional for strength bias athletes. However if you do it- do strict pullups

Every :90 for 6 Rounds

5 Power Cleans approximately 60%
