50 Calorie Row- While one partner rows – the other one holds the plank.

70 Russian KB Swings while partner sits in the bottom of the squat(must be tight)

900m Partner Farmers Carry- 3 KB.. 1 Heavy one in the middle- both people hold and 2 on the outside hands of each partner.

Every 10m Counts as 1 rep.
