We run our youth programs in 6-week sessions, catering to small groups of 10 or fewer to ensure quality instruction and personal attention. Our program concentrates on movement technique and mechanics, strength development, balance, conditioning, and provides basic nutrition education. Classes are currently scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, and Saturdays at 8 AM, with a strong emphasis on the fun aspect of fitness to keep the kids engaged and excited about their health.
