She has over 3 years of experience offering individual and group nutrition coaching, offering group fitness classes specialized on pre- and post- natal exercise, and currently teaches a health and nutrition class to high school students.
She’s passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle changes. She believes that everyone is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. That’s why she works with her clients to create a plan that is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
